September 13, 2025 As a Content Moderator at Wayfair, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all content aligns with company standards and community guidelines. You will be responsible for reviewing flagged content, determining its appropriateness, and taking necessary actions to uphold a respectful and inclusive user experience. You'll be trained on platform-specific policies and equipped with tools to make judgment calls on text, images, and product reviews. You’ll work closely with other moderators and the trust and safety team to identify trends and help refine moderation processes.
