The ideal candidate for this job is knowledgeable about the TEKS and skilled in teaching local curriculum, study skills, and other content relevant to these grade levels. Our tutors are: Full-time or part-time Teachers who are actively teaching currently preferably certified teachers, substitute teachers or paraprofessionals Teacher aides and/or paraprofessionals with classroom experience Special Education teachers Retired teachers Substitute Teachers with teaching experience Professionals who are subject matter experts with teaching experience Qualifications: Bachelor's degree/diploma preferred Teacher's certification preferred Understanding local curriculum Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes to student location Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching and/or tutoring Be able to create personalized tutoring session plans Strong typing, PC, and recording skills Having reliable transportation is a must Advantages: We bring the students to you!
