We're looking for an organized and client-focused Work From Home Travel Planner to support daily operations by coordinating travel requests, researching destinations, and helping ensure each step of the planning process runs smoothly from start to finish. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing details, and keeping travel plans organized and on track.

In this role, you'll use established systems, tools, and training to assist with researching travel options, organizing itineraries, coordinating reservations, and maintaining accurate records throughout the planning process. You'll work independently while ensuring clear communication, timely follow-ups, and a high standard of accuracy across all travel details.

What You'll Do:
Communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, timelines, and trip details
Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and travel options
Coordinate travel reservations, confirmations, and itinerary details
Organize and manage travel requests from initial inquiry through confirmation
Provide timely updates and support throughout the travel planning process
Maintain accurate digital records and documentation using company systems and tools
Review travel details to ensure accuracy and completeness
Support efficient operations by keeping travel workflows organized and aligned

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Tech-savvy and comfortable using online platforms and digital tools
Detail-focused, dependable, and proactive
Customer service, hospitality, administrative, or coordination experience is helpful but not required
Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM
