Role Overview:

As a Gig Worker in Customer Support, you will be responsible for helping customers by providing guidance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring an excellent user experience. This role offers flexibility and is ideal for those with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with client software products, guiding users through solutions.
• Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams, ensuring customer concerns are addressed.
• Educate users on best practices and features of products to maximize their value.
• Document and track customer interactions, feedback, and issues for continuous improvement.
• Stay current with clients products, updates, and policies to provide top-tier support.

Requirements:
• Strong understanding of Autodesk products (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Fusion 360, Maya) or related software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
• Superior written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or technical support is preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and a device suitable for remote work.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in architecture, engineering, design, or a related field.
• Familiarity with common troubleshooting tools and techniques.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to users of varying technical expertise.
