What Youll Do • Trade stocks, equity options, and futures using firm capital • Develop and refine a personal trading system that fits your personality and schedule • Follow established risk rules and firm guidelines • Participate in coaching sessions and trader development programs • Review results, track performance, and make data-driven improvements • Operate independently while being part of a supportive trader community What We Provide • Starting capital allocations up to $40,000, with the potential to scale to hundreds of thousands based on your consistency and risk-adjusted returns • Profit splits up to 90% for top performers • Professional coaching, trader education, and ongoing support • A structured risk framework so you always know your downside • Remote flexibilitytrade from where you live with a solid internet connection • A community of traders who take the craft seriously What You Bring • Interest in active trading or day trading financial markets • Discipline, reliability, and emotional control • Strong desire to learn, adapt, and improve over time • Comfort working within rules and risk parameters • A computer and stable internet connection • No prior professional trading experience is required, but any trading background is a plus Compensation & Capital Disclosure This is a performance-based contract role, not a salaried or hourly position.
