The Semler Agency is looking for individuals who are ready to make a change and grow into the person they know they are meant to be. About Us:
My husband and I came into the business about 3.5 years ago with zero experience. He was a manager at a car dealership and I was a teacher. He wasnt coachable at first, he had previous sales experience so he thought he was good to go. He quickly learned that plugging into the system and using the resources, including his mentor, was important and we had our own business in 16 months because we followed the system. We are mentors/coaches, not bosses. We are here to help you get what you want out of this business while helping families protect their legacy.
Day to day:
Personal development
Attend weekly virtual meetings for learning and association
Ask questions
Research using digital resources and your mentor
Meet with families over the phone or zoom to share the solutions you found.
Help families apply for coverage and follow the application through the
approval process.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and teammates.
Requirements:
Life and Health insurance license ( we will help you attain one if you dont have it)
A servants heart who loves to help clients and teammates
Coachable team player
Entrepreneurial mindset
Active listener and clear communicator
