As an Insurance Broker, you will act as an intermediary between clients and insurance companies, ensuring that clients receive the best coverage options available. Training is completed on site. Responsibilities • Invest weekly into your business by purchasing leads from our lead vendors. No cold calls are performed with our brokerage. • Assess client needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions. • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service. • Analyze insurance policies and coverage options to ensure they align with client requirements. • Facilitate the application process for clients, guiding them through paperwork and documentation. • Stay updated on changes in insurance regulations and policies to provide accurate information to clients. • Provide ongoing support to clients, including assistance with claims processing and policy renewals. Skills • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. • Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable products. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
