Key Responsibilities...
 Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates (80% of the role)
 Persuade candidates to explore new career opportunities
 Perform internet research on LinkedIn and our database (20% of the role)
 Maintain accurate records and detailed notes
Requirements:
 Strong computer skills and familiarity with LinkedIn
 Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
 Attention to detail and organizational skills
 Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
 Previous experience in phone sales, customer service, or recruiting is preferred
Position Details:
 Remote position, work from anywhere
 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday
 Daily video meetings with the owner
 Competitive weekly pay of $800
 Lucrative commission structure
