 Prepare and analyze various financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
 Reconcile bank and credit card transactions
 Oversee accounts payable and receivable
 Process payroll, ensuring adherence to tax regulations
 Assist in budgeting and forecasting initiatives
 Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
 Support client projects and initiatives
 Contribute to year-end closing and tax filing procedures as required
Required Skills
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities
 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
 A minimum of 1 year of accounting and bookkeeping experience
 Proven track record of managing multiple clients efficiently
