We are currently in search of a Project Manager to join our Civic Infrastructure team. In this pivotal role, you will assist in the equitable design and execution of programs and policies aimed at building decarbonization. Your responsibilities will encompass developing resources, delivering training and technical assistance, and evaluating initiatives that unite government agencies, community-based organizations (CBOs), and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute building decarbonization initiatives, emphasizing leadership from frontline communities and promoting economic inclusion.
• Design, adapt, and facilitate training sessions using established frameworks.
• Produce comprehensive written materials and engaging presentations.
• Oversee outreach and evaluation efforts, ensuring cohesive collaboration among CBOs, government personnel, and other partners.
• Propose policy strategies to bolster community co-governance and economic inclusion.
• Analyze and present data to facilitate informed local and regional decision-making.

Project Administration and Management
• Monitor project scopes, budgets, and timelines to guarantee the prompt delivery of technical assistance.
• Work in conjunction with colleagues to address requests and disseminate best practices across programs.
• Serve as a collaborative partner for various stakeholders and team members.

Required Skills
• Proficient in written and visual presentation techniques.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while remaining organized in a dynamic work environment.
• Background in social research or policy analysis is advantageous.
• Deep commitment to promoting equity and economic inclusion within climate action initiatives.

Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree is required; PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in project management or a related field.

Compensation And Benefits
• Salary: (75,000 - )85,000
• Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt
• Duration: One year (subject to program funding).
