Â Â The Marin, Barrett, and Murphy Law Firm is seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Phone Call Receptionist to join our team. Our law firm focuses in personal injury, mass tort, and criminal defense cases, and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities...
 Answer and direct incoming calls from personal injury, mass tort, and criminal defense clients with professionalism and empathy.
 Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding their cases.
 Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
 Accurately record and relay messages to the appropriate legal team members.
 Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
 Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team.
Qualifications
 Customer service experience in a legal, medical, or insurance role is highly preferred.
 Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and handling of medical and treatment information.
 Proven ability to work effectively as a remote employee with a well-established home office setup.
 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
 Ability to handle high-volume calls and work in a fast-paced environment.
 Proficiency with office software and phone systems.
Requirements
 Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
 Ability to work during the specified hours (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday).
 Must be able to provide a high level of customer service and maintain client confidentiality.
Benefits
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $18-20/hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday
Breaks: 1-hour lunch break, two 15-minute breaks
