You will serve as the first point of contact for students, families, and visitors, playing an integral role in ensuring that our daily operations run seamlessly while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
 Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
 Manage phone and email communications, ensuring timely and courteous responses.
 Oversee incoming calls and emails to guarantee all inquiries are addressed promptly.
 Facilitate student enrollments and efficiently schedule music lessons.
 Communicate information regarding upcoming events to students, staff, and parents.
 Handle social media postings to engage our music community.
 Create and distribute a monthly newsletter highlighting school news, events, and student achievements.
 Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and promotion.
Required Skills
 Outstanding communication skills through phone and email, with a warm and personable approach.
 Excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
 Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) for promotional activities.
 Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Click Funnels) is advantageous.
 Experience or proficiency with design tools (Canva) is a plus.
 A genuine passion for music and the arts is preferred.
 A positive, team-oriented attitude focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
