Hours: Hours vary between 7am-11pm Mon-Sun
Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities:
ĆĀ Inbound calls only
ĆĀ Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues.
ĆĀ Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
ĆĀ Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance.
Requirements:
ĆĀ 1 year of recent call center experience
ĆĀ 6 moths of previous remote work experience
ĆĀ High School diploma/ GED Required
ĆĀ Complete Bilingual Spanish Test and Basic computer assessment
