Job title: Work From Home- Member Service Rep Company: Aston Carter Job description: Member Service Representative MUST LIVE IN ATLANTA (within 1hr of Duluth) Description: MSCC (member services call center) operates in Denver, Duluth, California and Maryland: they take over 50,000 calls per day related to topics such as membership eligibility, benefits clarification, Medicare, claims, plan options, payment and billing inquires. Individuals will be assisting members with open enrollment and other questions regarding their insurance benefits. 100% of their time will be spent on the phone assisting members in a fast-paced call center environment. you will be required to access multiple computer systems, provide sound problem-solving resolution, demonstrate stellar customer service skills and utilize excellent writing skills.
