Customer Service:
 Respond to inquiries and assist clients with hotel-related queries promptly and professionally
 Resolve issues related to reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently
Documentation and Coordination:
 Maintain detailed records of reservations and client interactions using our CRM system
 Coordinate with other departments to ensure all travel arrangements align with client itineraries
Quality Assurance:
 Verify the accuracy of reservation details and ensure all client preferences are met
 Monitor booking confirmations and follow up to ensure seamless execution of hotel stays
