ā¢ Prospecting, pricing, carrier negotiation, execution, and customer retention
ā¢ Run your desk like a business with autonomy and accountability
PERFORMANCE MATTERS HERE
Most Eligible Candidates Can Speak Clearly To
ā¢ Monthly and annual gross profit
ā¢ Average margin per load
ā¢ Size and stability of book of business
ā¢ Customer tenure and repeat volume
ā¢ Consistency across market cycles
$500K+ GP producers strongly preferred
$1M+ GP producers encouraged to apply
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
ā¢ 5+ years as a true cradle-to-grave freight broker
ā¢ Proven, measurable production history
ā¢ Experienced sales, negotiation, and customer management skills
ā¢ Self-directed, competitive, and accountable
ā¢ Comfortable in a performance-driven environment
Compensation
We pay elite brokers accordingly.
ā¢ Base salary: $70K - $125K, depending on experience and production history
ā¢ Plus generous commission structure
ā¢ Performance-based incentives
ā¢ Significant upside for consistent producers
