Guide passengers through the online check-in process and special service requests (e.g., wheelchair assistance, pet travel). Stay updated with Delta Airlines’ policies, promotions, and travel safety guidelines. Maintain accurate customer records using Delta’s reservation and ticketing systems. Achieve daily performance targets, including call quality, resolution times, and customer satisfaction scores. Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Comfortable using computers, airline booking software, and CRM tools. A quiet home office setup with a reliable high-speed internet connection. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous customer service experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or call centers, is an advantage—but not required (we provide training).
