Position Summary
As a Data Analyst you will be a member of the Strategic Analytics, Value and Economics (SAVEs) team. The SAVEs team performs a range of claims-based analyses, payer analytics, and modeling to support our life sciences and healthcare services clients.
Key Responsibilities
 Perform healthcare claims-based analytics which include health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), market-based assessment of diseases or treatment usage.
 Execute analyses in Medicare and Medicaid healthcare claims
Competencies
 Willingness and ability to quickly learn datasets and payment systems, solve complex problems with minimal-to-moderate supervision
 Works independently to complete specific components of research and analysis to support project delivery
Skills
 Strong verbal and written communication skills
 Strong ability to multi-task
 Project management and time management skills
 SAS, SQL
 Advance Microsoft Office skills Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Education
 BachelorÂs or masterÂs degree, preferable in a healthcare, economic, or mathematics related field
Experience
 3 plus years working in SAS, SQL, or other relevant programming experience
 Experience working with health care datasets and performing quantitative research
