 No previous experience in customer service is required; a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential.
 Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
 A friendly demeanor with the ability to connect with customers and create a rapport.
 Basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection for remote work.
 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
 Commitment to providing excellent customer service and a desire to help others.
 Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
