Show up at least 10 minutes before the scheduled discussion start time.
Job Requirements:
Must have access to a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam.
Reliable high-speed internet connection is required.
Must be willing to engage fully in one or several focus group topics.
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow both oral and written instructions.
No prior customer service experience necessary.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older.
