Qualifications:
Bilingual is not required but is a plus.
1- 2 years customer support or sales experience or relevant role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to adapt to various customer personalities and situations.
Proficient basic computer skills, including knowledge of customer service software and databases.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Familiarity with our products/services is a plus.
