Ā Bilingual is not required but is a plus.
Ā 1- 2 years customer support or sales experience or relevant role.
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ā Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ā Ability to adapt to various customer personalities and situations.
Ā Proficient basic computer skills, including knowledge of customer service software and databases.
Ā Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ā Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
