While our property is located in the heart of Castine, Maine, we are expanding our team with remote professionals who can provide excellent customer support from anywhere. We are looking for a motivated and dependable Work From Home Customer Service Representative to assist our guests with reservations, inquiries, and support. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for guests by phone, email, and online platforms. Your role is to ensure that each guest receives friendly, accurate, and timely assistance, helping us maintain our tradition of personalized service. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while supporting a guest-focused hospitality environment.
