Ā Plan and design travel-related events, considering client preferences, objectives, and budgets
Ā Research and select appropriate venues, accommodations, and facilities for events, ensuring they align with the event's purpose and size
Ā Handle all logistical aspects, including transportation, catering, audio-visual equipment, and guest accommodations
Ā Create and manage event budgets, making cost-effective decisions to meet financial goals
Ā Collaborate with various vendors, such as caterers, decorators, entertainment, and transportation providers
Ā Maintain clear and regular communication with clients to keep them updated on event progress and address their needs and concerns
