• Document all interactions accurately within the CRM system for future reference
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Previous experience in customer support, call center, or client services preferred but not required
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
• Ability to handle outbound calling and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service with professional phone etiquette
• Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and resolve issues effectively
• Experience with cash handling is advantageous but not mandatory
• Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
