The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $82,875 - $121,550 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What will you do in this role:
รย Our team participates in the support of semi-complex systems that integrate hardware and software
รย Provides support in semi-complex material specification, schematic troubleshooting, and appropriate follow-up
รย Participates in recommending ideas related to efficiency improvement, cost reduction, and improvement in customer happiness
รย Provides troubleshooting expertise to Dematic's customers
รย Travel between 20-30% to different customer locations, which may include weekends and overtime
What We are Looking For:
รย Bachelor's Degree
รย Experience with Dematic Walmart installs
รย Being willing to work nights and on-call coverage is a must!
รย We need you to have proven experience in a related field providing customer service support - customer happiness is key!
รย Experience with Allen Bradley Logix PLC controls platforms
รย Experience with controls hardware troubleshooting
รย Siemens and Modicon PLC experience a plus
รย Electrical troubleshooting experience
รย Strong customer service mentality
รย Ability to work in a team environment
รย Strong verbal communication skills over the phone
รย Ability to work independently
