Key Job Details:Start Date: Immediate openings availableLocation: RemoteCompensation: a competitive salaryPosition: Commercial Relationship SpecialistCompany: Workwarp  This is a role which is responsible for assisting the commercial/relationship team and their respective customers within a location/region. Tasks include, but are not limited to: Handling the ongoing maintenance of loans and accounts. Handling loan payments, advances, and paydowns. Pull loan and account statements as requested. Assist in account overdraft decisioning. Request all required documentation from customer for loan or account needs (collateral items, Org Docs, Financials, Beneficial Ownership Certificates, etc). Confirms loans have been funded appropriately – inclusive of fees, proceeds, payoffs. Request loan payoffs. Request lien releases. Research any/all items needed for customers, officers, and back-office associates. Assist in clearing exceptions. Request fee refunds. Assist in building loan requests. Assist with tracking & collection of past due loan payments. Create/maintain electronic files for commercial customers & prospects on local network. Assist with No Pin wires. Work closely with other lines of business in location/region (Treasury, Private Banking, Consumer, etc.) regarding loans, depository products, and services for customers. Request all deposit account opening documentation. Provide details on loan/account history, transactions, rates, terms, etc. High school education or equivalent. 4 years of client/customer service experience preferred. 2 years of administrative support experience preferred. Demonstrates general knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word). Demonstrates strong attention to detail. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting demands. Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others. Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of loan and account documentation. Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of bank loan and account policy and regulatory compliance. Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of corporate organizational documentation. Compensation Range: $33,920.00 - $65,380.00 The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB’s standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors. In addition, this range does not encompass the full earning potential for this role.
