We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cold Caller for our Digital Marketing team. This full-time position offers an opportunity to engage with potential clients and promote our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable making outbound calls to generate leads and set appointments. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and contributing to our overall marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Ā Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our digital marketing services.
Ā Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system.
Ā Follow up with leads in a timely manner to nurture relationships.
Ā Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective calling scripts and strategies.
Ā Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and appointment setting targets.
Ā Handle objections and rejections with professionalism and perseverance.
Requirements
Ā High school diploma or equivalent; any relevant education is a plus.
Ā Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
Ā Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ā Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
Ā Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software is a plus.
Ā Strong persuasive skills and a positive attitude.
