What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Develop and teach online courses in health professions education while ensuring inclusivity and accessibility
 Support faculty and students in doctoral research project planning and data analysis
 Advise fellow faculty in data analysis techniques and methodologies
 Conduct professional scholarship and service activities to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion
 Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure equitable course delivery practices
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Doctoral degree and/or PhD with at least 18 credit hours in higher education curriculum and instruction
 Minimum of 2 years of online teaching experience in higher education
 At least 2 years of experience in online course development focused on inclusivity
 Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis, including SPSS
 Demonstrated commitment to teaching diverse student populations, including those from underrepresented groups
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Clinical background and experience in teaching health professions education and research methods
 Coursework or professional development in DEI-related topics
 Experience conducting primary research on health disparities or social determinants of health
 History of professional presentations and peer-reviewed publications related to health professions education
