Work From Home - Appointment Setter

In this role, you will work with members who have requested information about available supplemental benefit programs. There is no cold calling and no door-to-door sales. Our organization partners with unions, associations, and member groups across North America to help provide benefit information and support to working families.
As a representative, you will schedule appointments, meet with clients virtually, explain available options, and help families choose programs that fit their needs. Full training is provided, so previous industry experience is not required.
Responsibilities
Schedule and conduct virtual appointments with clients
Explain benefit programs in a clear and professional manner
Answer questions and guide clients through the process
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activity
Provide excellent service and support to families
Participate in ongoing training and team development
Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Basic computer skills
Reliable work ethic
Good time management
Professional and positive attitude
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
