Work From Home Account Representative

This entry-level position allows you to connect with clients virtually, understand their needs, and provide personalized life and health insurance recommendations.

Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
· Respond to inbound inquiries and place outbound calls to schedule virtual appointments
· Conduct online consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
· Present life and health insurance options tailored to client goals and budgets
· Guide clients through the application process with professionalism and clarity
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM software
· Stay current on product offerings, licensing requirements, and industry updates
· Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for every client
What We’re Looking For
· Experience in sales, insurance, or client relations is helpful but not required
· Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
· Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and virtual meeting platforms
· Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Must be able to pass a background check
· Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
