Job Position: Call Center Rep Temp to Perm
Pay: $16/hr.
Schedule: M-F, OPEN AVAILABILITY BETWEEN 8 AM 8 PM CT
Equipment Provided*
Must have High Speed Internet*
NO TIME OFF FOR THE FIRST 90 Days* Your opportunity to grow within the company and land that PERM job is really based upon your first 90 days!!
Job Responsibilities May Include
Taking inbound calls from patients, outbound calls maybe required depending on the department.
These are the first point of contacts.
Starts the Patients Case by collecting critical patient demographic data and info.
Positive customer service experience, no selling, or collections.
Calls are based on the Pharmaceutical they are servicing within the department.
Job Requirements
At least 12 months of recent call center experience.
High speed internet and the ability to work from home.
Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the customer.
