Job Summary
We are seeking a Workbrain / Infor Workforce Management (WFM) Analyst/Developer with strong functional and technical expertise in workforce management systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting, configuring, customizing, and integrating Workbrain / Infor WFM to support time & attendance, scheduling, and labor management operations.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Support, configure, and enhance Workbrain / Infor WFM applications.
⢠Provide functional expertise in core WFM modules:
⢠Time and Attendance
⢠Labor Forecasting and Schedule Optimization
⢠Employee Availability and Shift Management
⢠Labor Budgeting
⢠Clocks and time capture systems
⢠Design, develop, and maintain custom interfaces and system integrations.
⢠Create, modify, and maintain custom reports based on business requirements.
⢠Analyze existing custom code and document changes and enhancements.
⢠Develop and modify custom code to support evolving business needs.
⢠Participate in or support data migrations from other systems into Infor WFM.
⢠Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver stable and scalable solutions.
⢠Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Required Qualifications
⢠4+ years of experience as a Workbrain / Infor WFM Analyst or Developer.
⢠Strong functional knowledge of Workforce Management processes and modules.
⢠Hands-on experience with customization, configuration, and integration of Workbrain / Infor WFM.
⢠Experience developing and maintaining custom reports and interfaces.
⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
⢠Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
⢠Good documentation and communication skills.
