Job Summary
We are seeking a Workbrain / Infor Workforce Management (WFM) Analyst/Developer with strong functional and technical expertise in workforce management systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting, configuring, customizing, and integrating Workbrain / Infor WFM to support time & attendance, scheduling, and labor management operations.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Support, configure, and enhance Workbrain / Infor WFM applications.
ā¢ Provide functional expertise in core WFM modules:
ā¢ Time and Attendance
ā¢ Labor Forecasting and Schedule Optimization
ā¢ Employee Availability and Shift Management
ā¢ Labor Budgeting
ā¢ Clocks and time capture systems
ā¢ Design, develop, and maintain custom interfaces and system integrations.
ā¢ Create, modify, and maintain custom reports based on business requirements.
ā¢ Analyze existing custom code and document changes and enhancements.
ā¢ Develop and modify custom code to support evolving business needs.
ā¢ Participate in or support data migrations from other systems into Infor WFM.
ā¢ Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver stable and scalable solutions.
ā¢ Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Required Qualifications
ā¢ 4+ years of experience as a Workbrain / Infor WFM Analyst or Developer.
ā¢ Strong functional knowledge of Workforce Management processes and modules.
ā¢ Hands-on experience with customization, configuration, and integration of Workbrain / Infor WFM.
ā¢ Experience developing and maintaining custom reports and interfaces.
ā¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
ā¢ Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
ā¢ Good documentation and communication skills.
