This is also a contract position of at least 7 months duration - there will be opportunities to be brought on permanently based on performance.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has gotten a fair bit of call center and customer service experience under their belt, and is looking to make a career shift! You'll really enjoy everything this place has to offer!

Β Receive calls and emails from clients and assist them with various inquiries
Β Troubleshoot/diagnose and problem solve potential issues remotely
Β Provide direction and information to clients to resolve the issue
Β Document any issues for future review purposes
Β Schedule technicians for onsite support
Β Complete work orders
Β Adhere to company policies and procedures to meet customer satisfaction standards
