What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist customers with product and service inquiries
- Interact with customers nationwide to resolve support issues, sell new products, and ensure exceptional customer experience
- Utilize systems and technology for account management tasks and sales opportunities
- Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction to managerial team for resolution
- Ensure first call resolution through effective call handling and problem-solving
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or sales roles
- Previous experience in a work-at-home environment
