You'll engage with customers exclusively through messaging platforms like Facebook Messenger and our website chat systems. Being remote means you have complete flexibility to work from wherever suits your lifestyle best. As a chat support specialist, you'll handle incoming customer messages, respond to inquiries, share relevant resources and promotional offers, and guide customers toward solutions. It's straightforward, fulfilling work that makes a real difference. Rate: $35 per hour. Requirements: A working laptop, tablet, or smartphone and a stable internet connection are essential. You'll also need comfortable written communication skills in English. Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with comprehensive onboarding provided. Previous customer service or chat support experience is not required to succeed here. Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
