Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks

Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction to the managerial team
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
Willingness to submit to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation
Must be willing to submit to drug screening
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment effectively
Availability for scheduled work shifts

Experience in customer service or technical support roles
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
Excellent verbal communication skills
