WordPress Developer Needed – High-Converting Lead Gen Site, Custom Form, API Routing, SEO Templates
We are building a high-converting land acquisition website and are looking for an experienced WordPress developer (or small team/agency) to implement a clean, scalable, and performance-focused build.
This is NOT a basic brochure website.
We need someone who understands:
Conversion-focused UX
Custom form development (no heavy plugins)
API/webhook integrations
Scalable architecture

The goal of the site is to:
Capture motivated land seller leads
Store all lead data internally
Route leads based on geography:
To CRM → GoHighLevel
Or to a Lead Buyer system (external platform where leads are sold)
The system must be:
Fast
Clean
Scalable
Easy to manage without developer involvement
Key Responsibilities
Build a fast, mobile-first WordPress site
Implement a 2-step, no page reload form (critical feature)
Integrate Google Places Autocomplete for address input
Store all leads in database before routing
Build configurable lead routing system (admin-controlled)
Send leads via webhook/API to:
CRM (GoHighLevel)
Lead Buyer system
Create scalable SEO templates:
State pages
County pages
Ensure strong performance (Core Web Vitals)
Form Requirements (CRITICAL)
We are NOT using standard form plugins.
The form must be:
Custom-built using JavaScript + AJAX
Multi-step (2-step)
Operate on a single page with no reload
Smooth transition between steps
Step 1:
Property Address (Google autocomplete)
Step 2:
Name
Phone
Email
⚙️ Lead Routing System (CORE FEATURE)
The system must:
Store all leads internally first
Route leads based on state
Example:
Florida → Send to CRM
Texas → Send to Lead Buyer system
IMPORTANT
Routing must be controlled via admin panel (no code changes)

API / Integration Requirements
Must support sending lead data via webhook (POST / JSON)
Multiple endpoints (CRM + Lead Buyer)
