WordPress Developer for HTML Conversion

I'm building a professional community and resource hub for a niche financial services industry. The site serves two audiences: credentialed professionals in this field, and business owners seeking expert services. The site design is already 100% complete as a fully coded, single HTML file. I need an experienced WordPress developer to convert it into a fully functional WordPress site on my existing hosting account with a working backend I can manage myself.

- The design, fonts, colors, animations, and layout must match the provided HTML file exactly

- **MemberPress** – Three membership tiers (Free, $49/mo, $199/mo) with Stripe payment integration
- **WPForms** – Service request form with email notifications and backend submission logging
- **Business Directory Plugin** – Member/expert directory with profiles I can manage from the admin panel
- **Mailchimp for WordPress** – Auto-capture new member signups to a Mailchimp email list
- **Akismet** – Spam protection for comments and forum posts
4. **Backend Admin Setup**
- Configure the WordPress admin dashboard so I can independently manage the following without developer help:
- Moderate forum posts and comments
- Manage member accounts and subscription status
- View and respond to service request form submissions
- Add and edit directory profiles
- Publish new articles, resources, and blog posts
- Deliver a brief Loom walkthrough video or written plain-language guide covering the admin dashboard
5. **Content Migration**
- Transfer all existing content from the HTML file into WordPress — pages, FAQ section, resource descriptions, directory profiles, and all slide-in panel content
