### Core Responsibilities
• **Development & Customization:** Execute front-end and back-end updates, including custom theme development and sophisticated layout adjustments.
• **Performance Optimization:** Audit and refine site speed, database efficiency, and plugin configurations to ensure peak performance.
• **Security & Maintenance:** Manage core updates, implement robust security protocols, and perform regular backups to safeguard site integrity.
• **Troubleshooting:** Identify and resolve cross-browser compatibility issues, plugin conflicts, and hosting hurdles.
### Technical Requirements
• **WordPress Mastery:** Deep understanding of the WordPress ecosystem, including Gutenberg, ACF, and popular page builders.
• **Coding Proficiency:** Strong command of **PHP**, **HTML5**, **CSS3**, and **JavaScript**.
• **Optimization Expert:** Proven ability to improve Core Web Vitals and manage complex plugin environments without bloating site code.
• **Security Conscious:** Familiarity with SSL implementation, firewall management, and best practices for site hardening.
