We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AP/AR Agent to join our dynamic team at CoHo Services. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities...
Code and input invoices
Prepare weekly/monthly check runs
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable billing functions
Reimburse petty cash
File paid invoices
Maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of accounts payable/receivable experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Capability to work independently and collaboratively
Adept at managing pressure and meeting deadlines
Preferred:
Experience in Hospitality
Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in previous roles
