Women’s Fashion Designer – Refine Existing Designs (Golf Polos & Skirts)

Job Description

We are a modern golf apparel brand focused on minimal and elevated design. We are currently developing our first women’s collection and are looking for a fashion designer to help refine several existing designs.

The core designs have already been created. Your role will be to review the designs and improve details such as silhouette, proportions, trims, and overall design balance to ensure the pieces feel polished, modern, and ready for production.

Our aesthetic is clean, minimal, and sophisticated, so we are looking for someone who understands contemporary fashion and can elevate designs while maintaining simplicity.

Scope of Work

• Review and refine existing women’s polo and skirt designs and tech packs

• Improve silhouettes, proportions, and design details

• Adjust technical sketches if necessary

• Provide feedback on fabrics, trims, and construction

• Ensure designs align with the brand’s minimal and premium aesthetic

Requirements

• Experience designing women’s apparel

• Strong understanding of garment construction and silhouettes

• Experience with tech packs and apparel production

• Ability to refine and elevate existing designs while keeping them clean and minimal

• Portfolio of women’s apparel work

Experience with sportswear, golf apparel, or activewear is a plus.

Project Type
