I’m looking for a Wix website designer who can build a clean, modern, and user-friendly website for a residential real estate property. The structure and design direction will follow a similar layout to another property website we’ve already created, so you will have a clear reference to work from. This should be a straightforward build for someone experienced with Wix and real-estate style layouts. Scope of Work You’ll be responsible for building a small, conversion-focused Wix website with approximately 6 pages Homepage Floor Plans Gallery Amenities Features Contact / Schedule a Tour Form Additional tasks: Clean, modern visual layout Adding provided copy and photos Mobile optimization Basic SEO setup (metadata, alt-tags, titles) Matching the design/look of the reference site Note: No heavy coding required. Wix handles most of the structure, but there might be some very minor HTML adjustments (for example: ensure a video displays properly on both desktop and mobile). Nothing complex, a simple ChatGPT or Google search is enough to handle it.
