Wireless Construction Manager
Wireless Construction Manager career opportunity!
Location: Minnesota Market (locations: Minnesota, Iowa, & Nebraska)
Pay: ~ $45/hour [+ Vehicle + expenses]
Type: Full-Time, Long-Term project
We’re seeking a skilled Telecom Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of telecom construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, safety, and quality. This role will involve managing on-site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do
• Enforce safety standards, reviewing daily safety plans and addressing unsafe work conditions.
• Provide on-site analysis and collaborate with senior managers on project changes.
• Act as the liaison between client and internal engineering teams for decision-making.
• Oversee quality programs to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Manage direct reporting staff, subcontractors, and matrix resources effectively.
What You Bring
• Experience: 5-7 years in telecom construction, with a strong preference for AT&T/TURF experience. Wireless experience is required; fiber experience is not applicable for this role.
• Education: Engineering or technical degree preferred.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license required.
