 Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment.
 Calling Service Contacts to set up appointments and communicate directly.
 Knowledge of products and how to troubleshoot.
 Ability to lift 50 lbs. daily and climb up a ladder up to 40 ft.
Qualifications:
 High School education.
 Communication Skills.
 Customer Service experience and ability.
 Ability to drive and operate company vehicle. This includes maintenance.
 Service-related work with windows and doors or at least experience with windows and doors.
 Willing to travel during the week.
 Computer skills and Microsoft Office
 3-5 years in warranty related work concerning windows and doors is desired.
 Knowledge of MITER Brands products
 3-5 years customer service experience
 Detailed and Organized
