本ポジションでは、スパ、サロン、ホテルスパチャネルを中心に、新規パートナーの開拓、既存アカウントとの関係強化、売上拡大を担っていただきます。
ブランドの価値を大切にしながら、営業力と実行力を発揮し、ビジネスを自ら動かしていける方を求めています。
主な業務内容
· スパ、サロン、ホテルスパにおける新規取引先の開拓
· 既存パートナーとの関係強化および売上拡大
· 新規契約に向けた商談、交渉、導入サポート
· 社内関係部署と連携した、質の高いブランド体験の提供
· 市場のニーズを踏まえた営業戦略の実行
求める人物像
· ラグジュアリー商材、プレミアム消費財、または化粧品業界におけるBtoB営業・新規開拓の経験をお持ちの方
· 顧客との信頼関係を築き、売上拡大につなげられる方
· 交渉力とコミュニケーション力をお持ちの方
· 自ら考え、主体的に業務を進められる方
· 国際的な環境で働くことに前向きな方

We are hiring: Wholesale Manager, Japan
VALMONT is looking for a passionate and results-driven Wholesale Manager to support the continued growth of our business in Japan.
This is a key client-facing role focused on developing our spa, salon, and hotel spa channel. The successful candidate will build new partnerships, strengthen existing accounts, and contribute to the
sustainable growth of our luxury skincare business in the Japanese market.
We are looking for someone who combines strong commercial capability with a hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset.
Key responsibilities
· Develop new business opportunities with spas, salons, and hotel spas
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners
· Drive sales growth across existing accounts
· Lead negotiations and support the onboarding of new partners
· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a high-quality brand experience
Ideal profile
· Experience in B2B sales and business development within luxury, premium consumer goods, or cosmetics
· Proven ability to acquire new accounts and grow sales
· Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
· A proactive and independent working style
· Interest in working in an international environment
Experience in the spa, salon, or hotel spa channel and English communication skills would be an advantage.
