Generate and present 5 original video scripts and 5 creative content ideas daily, aligned with campaign goals and brand voiceLead end-to-end video production, from ideation and scripting to subtitling and final editsProduce high-quality short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook AdsEnsure all creative output aligns with the teams aesthetic directiona strong portfolio match is essentialLeverage tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects, while incorporating AI tools creatively to streamline productionCollaborate closely with the creative team and mentor junior team members or virtual assistants when neededStay ahead of industry trends and social platform dynamics, ensuring content remains engaging, relevant, and high-performing
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Proven experience in a similar creative or digital content role, preferably within e-commerce or marketing environmentsA strong portfolio that reflects your ability to produce visually compelling and brand-aligned contentCapability to independently ideate, write your own subtitles, and manage video projects with minimal supervisionAdvanced skills in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and comfort working with AI-based creative toolsStrong visual storytelling abilities, with excellent attention to detail and time managementConfident communicator with critical thinking skills, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindsetLeadership potential someone proactive, responsible, and able to guide or support junior creatives effectively
