Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular data backups to ensure data safety and recovery
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather and process data
• Generate reports and respond to data-related queries as needed
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and data entry guidelines
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions via video conferencing
• Stay updated with the latest data entry techniques and technologies
Qualifications and Skills
• Experience: 1 to 22 years of work experience in data entry or related field
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient in data entry and typing with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Familiarity with database systems and data management software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy levels
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
