Position: TurboTax (WFH) Customer Service - Entry-Level Work from home with Turbo Tax Product Expert Get paid $18.50 per hour Get a $405 Certification bonus Work from home set your own flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday⁴ Earn an additional $5/hr from April 9 15 for all hours worked Fast 24 hour Certification As a Customer Service Representative, you will help Turbo Tax customers by answering their questions concerning Turbo Tax products and tax return software. Most of these questions concern Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing and very basic Tax questions. We ll give you amazing continuous support for everything.
