• OTE $80,000 - $100,000
• $45,000 - $55,000 base plus commission plan

Position Summary
Graf Lantz is looking for a new West Coast Outside Wholesale Sales Representative to join the Wholesale Department. Representative must be located in the following territory: West Coast, Pacific NW or Southwest
As a West Coast Outside Wholesale Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in managing the specialty store sales day-to-day operations, nurturing rep relationships, and driving revenue growth activities within your defined territory. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing business growth strategies to maximize sales, collaborating with the Graf Lantz team, and ensuring our wholesale retailers' highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Grow Graf Lantz business in assigned territory
• Manage day-to-day operations within the designated territory.
• Identify market opportunities, prospects, and open retailers to carry the brand.
• Monitor replenishment opportunities.
• Provide product recommendations and ensure proper fit.
• Review specialty business monthly and identify areas of action.
• Develop and implement effective business growth strategies to maximize sales and achieve company goals.
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction through proactive measures.
• Conduct ad-hoc reporting to address customer needs and concerns.
• Conduct training sessions to build brand awareness among sales reps and partners.
• Support and uphold brand standards to reinforce a consistent brand image.
• Work closely with the Wholesale support team to ensure delivery dates are hit.
Skills Needed:
• Proven work experience in a selling environment managing client relationships.
• Gift, Home, Accessories, or apparel wholesale field experience.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to conduct market research.
• Detail-oriented and customer-centric individual.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage stressful situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
• Strong understanding of analyzing the business using retail math skills (i.e., margin, sell-through, etc.)
• Familiarity with NetSuite and MarketTime (previously Branwise) is a plus.
• 3+ years in related wholesale field sales a plus.
